About THE DARK SIDE of the black church... IT'S A mind thing

It is my hope and prayer that those affected by "spiritual" abuse will visit this site to read some of my personal experiences, and purchase the book "The Dark Side of the Black Church... It's a MIND thing - VOLUME I!" to gain an understanding, and find some helpful tips.  Later this summer I'll release VOLUME II that will assist you in gaining even more ammunition, in this struggle.  I love THE CHURCH as Jesus established it.  However, anytime I read a comment, post or talk to other's about their abusive experiences, I am even more committed to continue spreading the word, in hopes that change will occur from the pulpit to the pews!  

It's time for us to be FREE IN JESUS!

After completing my master's degree in Human Resources Management,  I became interested in the field of psychology.  What I discovered is the direct connection between Psychology, Religion and Spirituality.  At the time, I had no idea I would take this route and start writing about how toxic behaviors within the church and other social environments had affected me and many others. I am now one of the biggest advocates for mental wellness, to the point where I started a vlog on YouTube, which I will share later.
Here we are!

Reading my "REAL-N-RAW" blog will hopefully inspire you to tell your story.  There are many things we've experienced from childhood through our adult lives that make us who we are.  In some cases, these experiences have caused some dysfunction or confusion about the world, people, and Jesus.  Through my social media account, you will find some helpful information or just some random thoughts.  One of the things that's helped me the most is writing about it.  It is my suggestion that you do the same, as you never know what may help you to understand more about who you are... It's a MIND thing!
